Looking for some advice or experience....left over food in a tank can have adverse effect on the chemistry. I feed once a day sinking pellets. I feed for about two minutes of eat time for the fish, skimmer and flow off, (one magnificent foxface, one Lemon Peel, two golden nuggets clown) invariably not all the feed as much and food is left over. So when I see some food left over, do I vacuum it out, or let it be? I feed frozen once a week, same question.

I feed frozen once a day, I was told that the pellets are just as good, and then I let my cleanup crew eat whatever is leftover. I have hermit crabs, a snail (had 5 more snails, but the hermit crabs ate them), stomata snail/slug things and a peppermint shrimp. Also have sea lettuce and chaeto in the refugium. I don't vacuum anything out after I feed them and haven't had any issues that I know about so far. My zoas sure love it as they're popping new heads all the time, 5 new heads in the past two weeks on two of my zoas.
