Does anyone have a equipment cleaning schedule and do you use some type of app or program on your computer to remind you.

I have a schedule, but not on paper.
I clean power heads every month and swap my return pump around every three for cleaning. Skimmer gets done 2-3 times a week during feedings and or water changes.
If I did have a physical schedule, I’d do it on a datebook or something.
I personally don’t like electronics yelling at me all the time.
