Clear… thing in sump

So I was floating some bags in the sump and noticed these clear critters on the glass.

They move by extending the rounder top and the bottom two points follow. Mouth (I assume) area is like a cylinder almost.

Do I need to burn it with fire?

Looks like a ghost flatworm, doesnt harm anything but consumes pods
