Theres like the clear bubble patches around my coral and it almost seems like there growing, is this the mushroom thats growing? Or is it something else?

My guess is bubble algae. Mine always had a slightly green hue, but that's what it looks like to me....

Nice ricordea. Doesn't look like the bubble algae I'm familiar with which is usually light green - almost looks like some coral glue with a trapped air bubble. Anyway, I would suggest manual removal after you take it out of your tank. You don't want to take a chance of it popping and possibly releasing any spores if, in fact, it is a type of bubble algae.

Just air bubble from the disk. Unless it bubbled up the glue it will go away on its own. If you don't like it just use a turkey baster. Or shake it off.

I third that this is just air bubbles in the glue.

The air was not in the glue on mine when I glued them down, the air came up from under the glue out of the frag plug once I put it back in water, I left it there and didn't worry about it, about half the air went away on it own, the rest the corals have encrusted over, next time I'll soak the plugs and then keep them under water as much as possible when fragging and putting back into the tank, I wouldn't worry too much, by the way my frags weren't deliberate, was moving things around and broke a couple of pieces off
