Clear Bubbles

I have small clear bubbles all over my aquarium. Are they air bubbles or an issue?

Hard to see in the pics. Any algae in the tank? Is it a new tank? Cyano algae can cause bubbles. Sometimes all you really needs a little algae scrubbing pad and clean it right off. Lots of algae problems can be cause due to high nutrient levels, over feeding, not enough water changes and even not enough flow. Any more pics?

I would say some nuisance algae as well. Maybe just in the early stages so its not necessarily noticeable.
