Clear slime

Hey everyone I am new to this forum and in fact new to the saltwater hobby. I just started up my first 30 Gallon tank about 3 weeks ago and this morning I woke up and had a white/clear slime in my tank can anyone tell me how I got it? And how to get rid of it thank you in advance

Do you have anything living in there yet? Fish, coral, or inverts?

No ma'am the only thing in the tank at the moment is just live sand and live rock
