Clear sponges growing on LR?

Hi all,

I started a 20g SW to get my feet wet about 6 weeks ago - I love lurking this place, but time to make a post!

Can anyone help me ID these? I noticed them about 1-2 weeks in, but growth seems to be taking off in the last 1-2 weeks, now about max 0.5-1 cm. I think they may be clear sponges? Should I try and get rid of some of them on my water change today? This is on "real reef rock" that my LFS had ready to go and I don't seem to see much more of it other than on this small piece of rock.

I have the same exact thing... and it was all over my sump as well... I cleaned them all up last weekend... they were growing like weeds all over the place...

Filter feeder and not necessarily bad, but if you have coral it can over grow and kill your coral so I have in the past had to remove it from my frags / colonies.
