Clear torch????

Literally best explanation is it looks like a good frag size torch except its hanging upside down in a cave it's clear tenticles with white round dots. There is another smaller one that is the same and clearly has a neon green florescent color dots circling it any ideas?

Had aptasia once in a different tank it was more brown and no white bubble tips

I have a few in my tank. They don't really bother anyone and tend to stay in the darker areas. They definitely do not spread like aptasia so I would not worry too much about that.
