Hello wondering if someone can ID this and if so, do I need to do anything with it. Please and thanks!

Generally, they are harmless filter feeders. But saying that, I don't like them growing on my corals, so i would remove it.
I leave them on my rocks, but remove them from my corals.

Thank you, can you just pop off with tweezers?

How can I remove them, they seem to be growing fast ?

If they are tunicates then they really should not be a problem as they are just filter feeders. In fact they will probably disappear on their own after a while due to lack of massive amounts of DOC they will need to stay alive. If it is a sponge, well then it's a judgement call. Some people like sponges, some don't. Sponges are also filter feeders but there are some who believe that they exude enough toxins to be detrimental to other corals. But to answer your question if you want to get rid of them, you could put the frag in a container of aquarium water and just scrap them off, replace the frag and throw out the water. But that's no guarantee they won't regrow. Question, are they doing any visible/actual harm to the corals?

Thanks for this! My torch doesn’t seem to care them, I was just worried because there are more than there were last week. I’m not opposed to them, I like the biodiversity. What is DOC?

Dissolved organic carbon.
Leave it if you like them and they are not bothering anything. you can remove them easily by tweezers or scraping.
