Clear tubular lattice stuff

So there is this weird tubular lattice stuff on my first zoa drag. Drag has been there about 5 months, was dying but then came back well. Dying off again ( I'm thinking die to algae) but now there's this "stuff" that has shown up about a week. It looks white in the pic, just to the lower right of the drag disk. Any ideas??
