Hey guys I’m new here and new saltwater fish I have 75 gallon tank and I wanna go bigger but not now I just need more experience with saltwater fish so my question is everything test good but I can’t make my water Cristal clean and the algae all over the glass my friend told me about the uv is this helping I try everything to make clear but don’t work and thanks for answering

UV won't solve the algae issue. You're going to have to deal with the root cause. But for water clarity ozone would work. In the mean time please post the following...

Aquarium Parameters:
Aquarium type: Reef, Fish-only, Quarantine tank
Aquarium water volume
Filtration type
Lighting
How long has the aquarium been established?
Digital image of the whole aquarium under white light

Water quality (be sure to indicate what measurement units you are using, as well as the test kit brand)
Temperature
pH:
Salinity / specific gravity
Ammonia
Nitrite
Nitrate
Phosphorus
Copper
Other

In-depth information:
Have you lost any fish to this problem yet? (see below)
Are any invertebrates affected?
Respiration rate of affected fish (in gill beats per minutes, count for 15 seconds and multiply by 4)
Are the affected fish still feeding?
What remedies have you tried so far?
Digital image of the fish with the health issue, taken under white light -
- if needed, indicate by drawing a line around the area in question.
A short video of the fish (linked YouTube videos work well) - this is perhaps the best information that you can supply, as long as the video is clear.

Welcome! Can you give us an overview of your system and the equipment you have? It should not be hard to get clear water if you have the right setup.

if that is your only filtration, it is far too small for a 75 gallon saltwater tank. I'd recommend you add an additional HOB filter, or upgrade to a decent canister filter, or best of all options add a sump so you can integrate a skimmer as well.

As TX_REEF said, more filtration for sure. I use an Oase 600 canister filter on a 90 gallon. You can also get an HOB skimmer. I have the Reef Octo classic 2000 HOB skimmer which is excellent. I would start with better filtration. Also, as someone mentioned, UV is not going to help with alges, it will help with water borne algae blooms that make your water green. Sounds like you need to do some research on equipment for sure. You are in the right place here. People will help you get this figured out.

it can't hurt, but you also just need more or better mechanical filtration for a tank that size, especially if your water is already cloudy/discolored. Activated carbon can also help with discolored water.

Marineland Penguin Bio-Wheel Power Filter This good one ?

Make sure it s rate for a larger tank, then yes. But I would really recommend a canister filter. Look at the Oase line of biomaster filters. They are awesome. But again, pick something that is rated for a tank larger than yours. Don't just max out at the top end of recommended size. More is best every time.

I'm a big advocate of Aquaclear filters for HOB. This one woulds suit your needs. It runs at 500 gallons per hour, and you could add some carbon media to it to help with water purification:

Looks like you have the filter recommendations. I just want to chime in and say you might want get used to cleaning the glass. I have 3 tanks running and just broke down an 8 year old tank. My glass really should be cleaned daily but I'll go 2 at times. UV did nothing for me but maybe I didn't run it correctly. I tried twice on two tanks with different uv units. I've just come to accept the glass cleaning.

Seachem tidal is also a good option

I’d suspect lack of oxygen given the size of your current filter, it probably doesn’t create much surface agitation for gas exchange. The new filter is likely to help with that. If you suspect fish illness, take some clear photos and video under white light and share in the disease treatment and diagnosis forum for assistance.

your tank is severely overstocked. The harlequin tusk, eel and blue tang individually grow too large for a 75 gallon tank. You should consider upgrading tank size or rehoming some.
