Clear "worm" with white speckles, or an egg sack?

It's a couple of inches long. I have not noticed it move. It's clear, but appears to have a central portion with tiny white speckles. No idea what this is. Is it an egg sack?

Anyone?

To my untrained eyes, that looks like an egg sac to me. Of what? I can’t tell.

It was not noticeably anchored to a somewhat recessed portion of live rock. One end was was floating in current, looking like a worm.
