Clearsea 3000/5000 footprint?

Does anyone know how large the opening the C3000 or 5000 require. The sump I'm considering using will have to be modified by cutting out the filter sock, so how big of a chamber do they require. Are there any sumps built specifically for they're use. I saw the one Synergy offers but I don't have room for there's.

You should be able to pull the exact technical specifications (including dimensions) from their website. Barring that, the product manual should have all of that in the installation section.
