Same here except I've only had it since last Thursday. As far as cost goes! Look what we spend on fish and coral. This Lid is by far the best investment I have in my tank hands down.

Heck Yeah James! =) Glad you are enjoying it!

I have a 180 that has a rim and no cords in the tank, so I'm good with screen frames and plastic netting. But I have a new Red Sea Reefer and had decided no fish because I wouldn't want a frame showing on a rimless tank. Then I heard about these lids. I ordered mine 9 days ago and can't wait to get it. I'm working on my fish wish list. :)

I especially love stories like this....and we have been hearing a LOT of them lately. The modern yet understated styling of our ClearView Aquarium Lids is bringing in a lot of converts who held back on adding certain fish as they refused to put aluminum framed lids on top of certain tanks. Red Sea Reefer tanks have been amongst the most popular. We are also seeing and speaking to a lot of new customers who have had no solution for their high end rimless tanks from the likes of Reef Savvy and Elos as well. Everyone's excitement is infectious. It helps us keep pushing the envelope with our new product introductions =).

Do you'll send out notice before you'll ship out?

Yes sir we certainly do. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking when your lid ships. WARNING!! Fingernails tend to disappear once we send this email so be careful ;).

I am setting up my new RedSea 525 XL and want one of these lids. I am not setting it up for about two weeks, and will need some customization to accommodate light mounts and power head cords. Can I order it before setup to be in the que, and email in the needed customizations when set up in 2 weeks? I would like to have before cycling is complete and be ready for fish!! Thanks!

I believe they contact you the week they are going to make your kid to finalize all cutouts. We ordered ours on the 8th and haven't gotten an email asking us where we want the cutouts.

Not a problem. You can place the order and make mention of the incoming customizations in the Order Comments section found at checkout. Once order is complete you will receive an Order Confirmation Email. You should reply to this email with the customizations requested so they stay attached to your original order when it comes time for us to program your One of a Kind ClearView Aquarium Lid.

You would need one of our Custom 8-10SF lids. Dimensional info can go in Order Comments but for custom lids many times sketches or pictures are necessary. Those can be sumbitted in reply to the Order Confirmation Email post order. Here's a link to the Custom 8-10SF lids. http://artfullyacrylic.3dcartstores.com/Custom-8-10-ClearView-Lid_p_1914.html

Are you still running about 4 weeks to ship from order date?

We were getting a bit ahead, but our CNC was down for a week and back up and running as of this past weekend so this has put us right back out at 4 weeks. Keep in mind this is for 'standard' lids with simple mods. Custom Lids or those with more in depth mods are still quoted at 5-6 weeks.

Everyone needs to stop ordering these so they can build my new tank with clearview lid quicker! :)

Happy to see these taking off

Hello I have a odd tank. It's 72x60 with a 4" Eurobrace around the parameter. Do you have any idea how to cover that much area?
Looking to do a lot of jumpers

just checked the site and wow you guys answered my request, Elos tanks available! I just have a question regarding the feed door? where is it placed on a standard Elos 120?

LOL, don't say that! ;). We will get your tank beauty done for you regardless =).

Our polycarbonate sheets only come in 48x96 size so a single lid won't quite be possible with your configuration. You would need to separate the opening with two ClearView Lids. These require special add'l central ribbing since they are unsupported in the middle span. You would need to order two of the Custom 14-16sf lids. Your two lids would actually fit in the next lowest category, but they are priced at the next higher category due to the add'l ribbing. The feed door should be centered or off to one side or the other. This can be done on the front, side, or back. It is indeed your choice.

Can you add the Elos 120xl to your website please? Thank you. :)

Ask and you shall receive. 120XL option is now live. Here you go...https://artfullyacrylic.3dcartstores.com/Elos-System-120XL-ClearView-Lid_p_1969.html

I want it to be on the side opposite to the overflow and off center (toward the front glass where my powerhead is), is that possible?

Not sure if this has been asked but can you make a custom lid for a rimless bow front tank, thank you in advance

Yep we sure can. A template will most likely need to be made by you out of cardboard or similar material. If you PM us the basic dimensions we can give you the link to place your order to get your build in queue. Dimensions can be submitted later.
