Hey Jonty, your lids are just about ready to go out =). The website listing for the 300DD (and a few others) is incorrect and is calculated on a single lid (which clearly won't work). Understand my web guy and a few other working to help us update everything aren't always the most aquarium savvy/knowledgeable

...that's why they aren't working in the shop =P.

I've loved the pics under blue so far...the blue cast/glow off the rounded edge running the inner frame is sick!! Have you seen the sizzler reel we posted recently on this thread? No blue in those pics =).

I emailed in a few days ago, but wanted to post here too. Is it possible to have the RedSea Reefer lids modified for the Radion RMS light mounts?

Absolutely! Customization to add slots for lights/equipment/cords is all INCLUDED in the base pricing. The only add-on that costs extra is the feed door.

When you order your lid you should include dimensions for placement of the needed equipment in the Order Comments (seen during Checkout) and we will take care of the rest!

Cool thanks! I have not order the tank yet but am going too tomorrow. If I give you the tank size and equipment can you guys space the placement out? Or should I wait a few months to set it all up and give the measurements?

Also!!! Do you guys make divisions for the Reefer sumps? I have been looking for an acrylic divider so I can add a refusing to my sump

We can assist in proper placement. However, lighting placement can be a fairly "personal" thing to some. Our suggested placement will either be based on aggregate data from other customers with same tank and equipment or manufacturer suggestion. Some folks are perfectly happy with aggregate average...some want it very specific to taste.

We are happy to do it either way!!

As for divider's for reefer sumps, this is not currently a product that we offer.

Great! Dimensions and txt descriptions can go in the Order Comments during checkout, but any sketches/cad/doodles/artfully done masterpieces should be sent to [email protected] after your order is placed and include your order# in the subject line.

That is not a tank we have designed a lid for yet but our Custom category gives you the ability to do so

. We will just need detailed dimensions and possibly a simple sketch.

We had a customer send us a nice set of before and after shots with their new Reefer 170 ClearView Lid. The before shot shows the heavy glass lid they used to use followed by their new ClearView lid.

I have a standard oceanic 75gal, with the black plastic bracing/rimming around the tank and the plastic brace in the middle. Do you have these yet pre-designed? It would rather be 2 screen lids, with the center brace. I would need the left lid customized so it would not cover the back left semi-circle overflow, as well as a feeding section added to the front side of the right lid, as well as a few wire mods for the powerhead cords. Is this possible to do? And would it be the cost of 2 lids (due to the center brace) or would this all be considered one lid as it is going over one tank? Thanks, absolutely love what I've seen so far
