Anyone have more pictures they would like to share of their lid? Please feel free to post the lid and the aquarium specis its over. Love to share all these on our website.

Thank you!

@Mike&Terry thanks so much for sharing these pictures! Your tank is absolutely gorgeous and that ClearView Lid certainly sets a beautifully undertoned layer of protection right over it all. It was a pleasure meeting you both along with your little explorer.

Kids LOVE our 'immersion' display. We debuted this tank at MACNA in DC last year. It saw hundreds of kids from 2-72 at MACNA DC and has seen many more in our store over the last year. We are building another one very similar for Children's Rosslyn Center locally in a few months. Kids ages up to 7 will be the focus and undoubtedly they will love it =). Theirs however, will be setup as a freshwater planted community tank.

Do you make these for 96" L 36" W?

Yes we can. As a single lid however, we will recommend a center brace on the lid (integrated into the one piece lid with two separately screened areas). If you have a split opening top on your tank you will need individual lids for each. PM if you need help determining the right application or shoot us a message through our website. Thanks!

Note, depending on your location, a 96x36 lid will cost A LOT more to ship than 2 or 3 smaller lids. Fedex 'taxes' large boxes pretty heavily for oversize.

Hope I'm happy with my lid as everyone else seems to be with theirs. Going on 8 weeks waiting.

John, you certainly will be happy as everyone else we surely hope. If not, we've always made sure to work with everyone to ensure they are =). As stated via email on Friday, we had some tooling issues. We are back up and I'm in the shop playing catchup. Your oversized feed door is in production for tomorrow. Thanks.

You stated Friday you had some issues after saying you were already working on my door before that? Every time you contact me it's in production for tomorrow. You should stop telling people it's 4-6 weeks when it's obviously not! I think 8 weeks with no lid is more than patient, when I, like everyone else was hoping for the 4 weeks.

I sent an email & waiting to hear back. Need eta please.

John, apologies again. As stated in the email, your oversized door was scheduled to cut Friday for your already waiting lid. Due to our fabrication methods and tooling selections used, there are times when malfunctions can occur. We are usually equipped with backups for these situations, but did not have/nor could source such on Friday, which we did notify you of. We were back up today as stated and your lid with door will ship tomorrow. We have also already refunded you the service fee for the larger feed door as a hopeful consolation for the delay.

Most orders do indeed ship within 6 weeks. Some simpler orders or stock lids already set for cutting without add'l programming do indeed ship in 4-5 weeks. And yes, unfortunately, there are some that go over 6 weeks. We try to avoid these and do hope you forget about any inconvenience once you receive your beautiful custom ClearView Lid and oversized feed door. Please shoot us a PM or email if you have any further concerns or would like to discuss your order further. Thanks.

Hi Ron, got your email from this evening. Sent reply. Look for revised CADs including your added custom overflow cover tomorrow evening. Once confirmed we can finalize for cutting. Thanks.

I just have to say that I'm loving my Clear View Lid! My Yasha Goby is alive and well and isn't going anywhere even if he tries! lol Feeding is a breeze and the lid opening is big enough for me to fit my hand inside the tank to do any light maintenance.

Kudos for a great product!

Thanks for the update on your lid!! Awesome to hear that it works and looks beautiful AND is keeping your Yasha where he belongs in style =).

Can anyone using the Apex auto feeder tell me what amount of clearance (front to back) they are giving the feeder with their lid?

Thanks so much. :)

You tell them the dimensions of the cutout. They'll make it any size you want.

Mine isn't hooked up right now so I was hoping to cheat off someone else who has been successful. :D

I just checked my order. I had mine made 3 1/4 inches wide and 1 3/4 inches from the inside edge of the tank.
