Hi, just wanted give an update. My diy kit came in and I worked on it today. I actually think it blends in and is better looking than the plastic one that I had. Just my opinion. I built it in 3 sections to keep it simple and cleaner.

Thanks! Yes, just to be clear, I bought a 48" kit and a 24" kit and some extra corners.
