I bought this thing as an impulse purchase. I was looking at them and was considering one. However I didn’t consider the physical size of it... It’s just to big for my liking, every time I need to do anything under my tank I have to remove it. I have only had it running on an empty tank with no livestock for 1.5 months. It hasn’t produced algae for me yet.. but I wasn’t expecting it to since I have no livestock.
