Clearwater scrubber uneven screen help

So I have the cw 100 Clearwater scrubber it’s been up and running for like 3-4 months and I’ve dialed my pump several times and I can not for the life of me get the screen full I’m getting frustrated to where I’m gonna sell it I would like help to see if I can try one last time I will post pics of the screen

How many hours/day do you run the lights? I would guess the issue is too much light from the way that looks. Cut your lighting period back.
 
You need more light, or more often cleaning. What is happening is that the light is weak and causing dark growth in high nutrient water (high nutrients need more light to grow green), and so the dark growth is blocking flow and light, and dying and letting go. Go 24 hours light, and clean as soon as the screen fills up. Then if it continues for weeks, you could try stronger lights, preferrable all red 660nm, which is what algae uses most.
