Clicking on "forum" causes a error box.

When I click on the "forum" tab it will bring up a box saying that I'm trying to edit something that I don't have access to. If I click on it again, it works....I can then navigate around unless I click the forum tab.

When I log on to the site, I get a error page that tells me that I don't have authority to access this page. When I click on the Home tab, it takes me to the Home page but I have two Home tabs on the tab bar.

There is 2 home tabs also, just looks like a script mistake..
