Closed up zoa colony help

My zoas have been closed up for about two weeks now. Sucked up 4 nudi snails hopeful that’s the cause. Parameter are all normal, no change in light schedule.

Two questions... is there hope for these guys to open up again? I can’t really take them out to dip as you can see they are covering the rock.

And second I noticed these weird circular white things. What are they?

Those circular white things are nudi eggs most likely. You’re going to have to dip and scrape off the eggs to get rid of the nudis. Don’t know how big your rock work is but possibly dipping in a 5 gallon bucket

Yeesh! Rock is a decent size with a bunch of other corals glued on it. Really not looking forward to dipping the whole rock and potentially damaging other corals. Is there anything else? Like a fish or cuc?

There are wrasses I believe that eat nudis but you’d have to do more research but I don’t know if that would solve the problem

Use a sharp fine knife to carefully scrape the eggs side ways and at the same time syphon them out.
Watch the colony (and other colonies) at night for more nudibranchs and keep looking for more eggs.
Dips won't kill eggs anyways!!
Work hard to save the zoas!!
Eventually you could end up with a clean colony.

In my experience zoas are resilient and will bounce back most times. I would suggest doing what Grandis said as far as getting the eggs off and just trying to minimize any nudis. I hope it all works out for the best!
