closet loop for a 150 gallon mixed reef tank.

my plan is to run a mag drive 24 through two seaswirl 1" wavemakers. one at each end. it will be close to 2400 gallons per hour. that is more than 10x water volume.

I'm thinking about getting them for my tank after Christmas when I finally get my sump set up tired of looking at powerheads then they came out with mini rio polarios but not enough reviews on them yet for me to decide which way to go how are you going to plumb them?

I haven't seen or even heard of the mini polarios but I had the large 1,it was great while it worked,it lasted just past the warranty,I now use the powerful magnet to hold my frag rack on......I would stick with your first plans or look at Vortech or Tunze powerheads and stay clear of the polario

^^ thanks that was kinda what I was worried about going back to the seaswirls then can't afford vortech or tunze

it will be hard plumbed with pvc. it will drain through a bulkhead to the pump back up to a T with two valves to adjust flow to each seaswirl.
