Cloudy bag water? (Hammer or Torch)

Hey All!

Had a delivery of a few things today. And everything looks as expected except for one bag in which the water is cloudy. It's either the hammer or torch i ordered. And it was shipped in only 22 hours to my door, heat packs still warm etc etc.

Has anyone had this before? And is it normal? Or something I should be concerned about.

Get it out of the bag and into a coral dip.

That looks like a dead on arrival to me, contact the seller ask for a refund or store credit.

As follow up. Didn't make it. During dipping blew off a lot of what I thought was detritus.. but i'm guessing was dead flesh. Didn't recover and in 24 hours all gone.

Others from the same seller doing fine, and got a credit for this guy.
