I have 3 clowns in my DT, it is obvious 2 have already paired and the one left out has been a little bullied or pushed around. It also has cloudy eye which I think is from a bump to a rock or was attacked.

Just this morning I am noticing 2 minor white spots on it, and I believe it is a sign of stress from the eye on top of the 2 paired clowns. Now I do not think I have an ich outbreak as the other 2 are perfectly fine without any signs of stress or spots.

My question is could clownfish show whitespots in signs of stress and may not necessarily be Ich?

Hi @jy808

it sounds more like possibly a bacterial think and possibly ich. My concern with clowns is always velvet or brook. Is there a way you can post pics and also some details about your tank and the numbers of the water quality to help us figure it out

thanks

Lowering of a fish's immune system through stress or aggression can open the fish up to a variety of diseases or parasite attack.
A single cloudy eye is "usually" an injury.
One of the most common "conditions" resulting from stress is Lymphocystis. It's usually a harmless virus that can present as small cottony, fibrous or cauliflower looking growths on fish.
You may want to consider re-homing the odd man out clown.
Post pics of the white spots if possible.
