So, i just mixed 30 gallons of red sea for 3 hours as recommended by Red Sea. If i let the power head on overnight the salt mix of red sea will become cloudy.
Can I stop mixing, and let it sit overnight and do the water change tomorrow afternoon?

My understanding is the cloudiness is precipitant.

I keep mine mixing all the time and add as needed and have never had an issue. I would not recommend to leave the water not moving at any point though.

Turn off the water circulation pump and let it sit. It will not become cloudy then after the needed time to mix.

So just let it continuing missing till tomorrow?

I think what he's saying is about 30 minutes to an hour before your going to do the water change, go ahead and turn the pump off to allow the cloudiness to settle out.

I'm confused lol now it make sense :)

So its ok to do as my plan?

No I mean if your not going to use the mixed water right away turn off the mixing pump and allow the water to sit until the next day to use it. It will not cloud up and precipitate

I've done this numerous times with RSCP

Red Sea coral pro salt is not suppose to be mixed for more then 4 hours.

Exactly, because if it does it will precipitate. If left stagnate it will not precipitate

I use the coral salt and just mix a 5 gallon bucket at a time.. after it has settled in about 10 minutes I just pour it into my tank and its normally only cloudy for maybe an hour or so.. I think it just depends on how big of a water change I do
