cloudy /smokey water

hello all my tank has been set up since july 4th 2012 30 gallon with a 20l sump all parameters are in check ammonia 0 nitrite 0 nitrate 5 have cloudy water looks like someone smoking in it the only thing i have in it are pukani live rock in dt and live rock in sump here is a pic

Its most likely a bacterial bloom, they are common in new set-ups, I would just wait it out it will clear. Are you using RO/DI water?

Do you have lot's of bubbles coming from the return?
Does the water stink at all?
Do you have a powerhead or pump blowing sand?

well guys came home tonight water is crystal clear thanks all for your input here is a pic
