I really want to get rid of this cloudiness. It seems to have started with the light. I don't want to add clarifier but I am open to other suggestions.

I have been changing filter floss every 3 days.

Here are my latest numbers on Google sheets. Copepods showed up in my tank and cleaned my glass. Now their numbers have dropped or I assume so since my glass is not covered in them.

Bacterial bloom, it will eventually go away but may take some time.. A UV steriler even a small cheap one will clear it up quickly.. make sure your water is well oxygenated by running your skimmer and pointing return nozzle up to break water surface

How deep is the sand in that tank? Looks like a good 3 or so inches. This would help the bacterial argument.
Also is it at all possible u are kicking up the surface of the sand with water movement? Or is that all gravel?

It's all gravel. With my power head up the gravel stays put
