The cloud in its eye is getting smaller but it's still there. I can definitely see a white bubble too. When it first happened it covered the whole pupil. I do know he was injured on that eye due to my clownfish. Any advice? Should I just keep watching for it to get smaller? I would rather not take it out and put it in quarantine to stress it out.

This may have stemmed from a scrape or injury but should be treated in a separate quarantine setting using Maracyn Also called Maracyn one which is ethromyacin for at least 5 days
Maintain good water quality and add air stone for added oxygen during treatment

What’s the timeline on the injury? It can take a month or so for eye injuries to heal. There could also be permanent scarring to some degree.

You may refer to this thread where @Jay Hemdal and I discuss a very similar situation and the outcome.

The timeliness is August 2nd give or take one day. And like I said it used to cover the whole pupil. It does not anymore. He eats all day pecking at the rocks or glass. And eats the nori I give him. He sometimes eats the mysis I give to the rest. He's a little pig.

Thank you
