I have noticed that my FOWLR tank gets cloudy/hazy during the day but at night it clears up. This has been happening for the past few days. How do I fix this?

During the day suggests effect with light and an algae bloom.
Are you using rodi water or tap water from faucet ?
What is your phosphate level?
Is tank at or near a window?
What fitration method are you utilizing?

I have an SRO-5000 ext. Faucet water as it's only fish only. The aquarium is in the garage so not near any windows since the garage door is closed most of the time. UV is running as well. I run my lights for about 6-7 hours.

Unfortunately even though it's fish only and you're not actively growing corals, rodi water is still extremely important. Without knowing your local waters levels you could be adding tons of impurities which can contribute to your cloudy water and algae issues

Yeah you’re right. I just ordered a RODI unit and will start doing water changes using that. Hopefully that helps.
