Cloudy tank problem

My tank has been running for about a month and it hasn't cleared up at all i do have a carbon reactor but i have 5 chemi pure blue nano packages what can i do about my cloudiness?

most likely a bacterial bloom. Stability and time and it should clear up. On a new system you don't need to run chemical filtration like carbon and chemipure. IMO you should remove both carbon and chemipure and do a water change and wait.
