I just setup a biocube 32 and tank is still cloudy going on day 3. I have not started to run the circulation pump that came with the unit. Should I turn it on or not? If I turn it on will it help disapate the cloudies?

If fallow atm, it is most likely caused by the sand, etc, it will settle eventually. If you have added livestock, it could be a bacterial bloom. In either case, getting the circulation going is a good idea.

Thanks, i did floss this morning and it is beginning to really help. My next question, what are some recommendations as where to position the in-tank circulation pump? It is a Coralife pump that puts out 250 gph

I'm new to SW, coming from FW side with a FOWLR so can't comment in depth re: coral needs etc. For me flow is to keep the detritus suspended for export & keeping dead spots to a minimum. HTH.
