Cloudy water and continuous bacterial blooms

I have a 7 months old 130g reef tank .. corals in ..good and healthy .. few fish ..parameters are within the normal levels I do water a water change every other week..But, everytime I change the filter socks, the water become cloudy the next day .. and stays foelr a week !! Are these bacterial blooms .. or something else ??

How are you cleaning your socks?

In washing machine with some bleach..I use the sock for 3 to 4 days after the water change only
