Cloudy water. Looks like tiny air bubbles. Cant anyone help?

My tank is clouding up a little, and it looks like the water coming out of the return is full of little air bubbles. Is this some kind of bactria bloom?

It didnt really show up in the picture, and it seems to be subsiding quite a bit. I guess I'll see what it looks like in the morning.
