Cloudy Water/Sick goby?

I have 2 questions...

1) Has anyone’s water gotten cloudy after dosing any of these 3 products (in picture) and stayed cloudy? I followed the directions on the bottles and feel like after I added them to my tank the water turned cloudy. I came to that conclusion because I added a little bit to my quarantine tank as well since I got 2 little frags in there. The water now looks cloudy since adding them. It was nice and clear before.

2) I got this little Blue Neon Goby about a week ago. I recently noticed these splotches on him. I looked up pictures of ich, but it doesn’t look like those pictures. Is it another type of parasite/disease? The clownfish I got with him looks ok. Sorry the video isn’t too clear. The water is cloudy. I also just fed.

I haven't, but you could get a bacterial bloom if you dosed too much. What's not eaten just decays. As for the goby, maybe flukes? It's hard to tell in the pic
