Cloudy water with green hugh??

So 13.5 gal fluval and Its been running now for about 2 months and it just started to get this reall cloudy green hugh to the water, and im not sure whats happening? Any thoughts?

Looks like a bacterial bloom.

First thing that is absolutely needed immediately is a powerhead pointed at the surface to ensure your livestock doesn't suffocate.

As for the bloom itself, you can let it play out and watch what is going into the tank. No added carbon (vodka, vinegar, sugar, etc) and only feed what is consumed immediately by the fish (i.e. very small amounts at a time, multiple times). If you have a media basket slot, you can add activated carbon to assist in removing some of the organics.

#1 thing though is getting water movement at the water surface.
