I just changed out my filter sock yesterday. I've contemplated a uv sterilizer but what would an ozone do?

Ozone is essentially "lighting in a box"
The air around lightning is highly toxic.
Ozone takes that air and mixes with the water in the reaction chamber, killing any and all things that come in contact with it.
Uv is like hyper concentrated sunburn. Both have the same end result and require export of the dead particles via skimmer or other means.

I get them mixed up, I've been messing with my calcium reactor lately, what're the chances I'm dealing with undissolved calcium carbonate?
I still think you're dealing with calcium carbonate precipitate, bring your calcium down. Is the only way you control calcium and alk via calcium reactor?

That's the only way I control it, yes. And that's what I think it is as well. Should I slow the drip rate?
