I think I already know the answer to this question but I will ask anyways. My tank is a 29 gallon nano. It has cycled over the last few weeks. For the last few days, my water has been kind of cloudy. I am using filter pad and live rock as filtration. There is plenty of flow in the tank. I did however just start using the lights. I left the lights off when I cycled it. I have two fish and three LPS corals in there and everyone is doing fine. I tested my water and everything is good. I have 2ppm Nitrates. It looks like it is starting to get better over the last day or so. Algae bloom or bacterial bloom of some kind? What do you guys think? Let me know. Thanks.

Could be bacterial or it could have just been cloudy the whole time and you didn't know. Throw some carbon in there and see if it helps.

I added a couple of teaspoons of brs Rox carbon in a mesh bag the other day. I will give it a few more days. Any other ideas?

It almost sounds like a Amminoa Bloom to me. If the tank just cycled, and you added fish, may have thrown up the ammonia really quick, then will back down fast.
