Cloudy water

Need some advise on cloudy water, Tank is two months old have a CUC in there and two clowns.
66 gallons includes sump
1.025 salinity
7.99 DKH
8.3 PH
79.3 F
I'm running Carbon and GFO with BRS reactor
Everything seems fine just water clarity sucks.

Most likely a bacterial bloom. May clear up on it's own. If not, or it gets worse, a UV will clarify the water collum.

I thought that might be it and was looking at UV's. I don't have a ton of room in my sump but would going from my skimmer chamber to the UV then to my return chamber work?
