Cloudy water

Hi guys started back up again with a Red Sea 425,
Added a bottle of colony along with 2 clowns, running carbon in the filter socks
And bio spears in the chamber,
The water has gone slightly cloudy
Am I right in thinking this is just a bacterial bloom?

You’re correct. I’d also remove the carbon for now until the tank clears up. Let the bacteria do its thing and make sure the tank has plenty of aeration. Point a circulation pump towards the surface if you need to.
