So I’ve been having phosphates problem for awhile nonlsce for a reactor so went with no pox then chemipire elite rowaphos nether is working have a refugium which I started back up noticed this lie if. Water is real cloudy and jay could be the cause of it

When used properly, Rowaphos is a great choice for dialing in your high phosphate levels and holding them in check.

It’s a bacterial bloom. I add bottled bac like MB7 when I get a bloom.

Not an entire bottle. Depending on tank size it’s typically about a capfuls worth. It’s mainly to aid your good bac out compete the bloom bac.

You can but a couple doses usually would knock it out for me. It doesn’t hurt to dose longer though.

GFO always works if you use enough and change it often enough.

Whatever amount the aquarist thinks is too high,. lol

I guess my little corals should be brown, but they are not. I’ve only had bacterial blooms in lower nutrients at the beginning of a tanks life. For me UV was the simplest answer.

By itself, elevated phosphate does not cause cloudy water.
