Cloudy with clumpy sand.....precipitation?

Hey guys, got another one for you. I've just beaten a slight diatom and dino attack. I cut the light down, dosed microbacter7 during the day and hydrogen peroxide at night. And neophos to raise po4 (Only took a few days). Since then I've had cloudy water and clumps in my sand. I've noticed the clumps before. Maybe I just didn't notice how cloudy the water was because the diatoms.

The only thing I have done since the algae clear up and now is add a co2 recirculating ring on my skimmer. The straight co2 scrubber was not cutting it. Now my pH is 8.21-8.1.

I've been dosing 16ml of AFR throughout 24hrs with DOS for a few months. I only have three zoanthid frags, a sinulara frag, a acan frag, and a favia frag. But 16ml was the amount that kept my parameters stable.

Today I noticed the cloudiness getting worst. I cut off the dos pump. I inspected the AFR dosing container and when I tilted it toward the light there was a smokey like cloud in the voss bottle. But kinda disappeared a second later. Precipitation? I also did a 5gal WC. I haven't done one in over a month because I've been trying to raise po4.

I have a max e170 with sump so it's like 55gal water volume

Have you tried running any carbon to see if that clears things up at all?

Yeah. I put a bag of carbon above the bubble trap in the sump. I had thought maybe the water that was "falling " from the fuge down onto the bubble trap section where the media bag is might be causing carbon dust. But I ran across an old post that mentioned clumping of the sand might be a sign of precipitation. So I'm kinda thinking that route
