Water is not clear. Parameters are stable and within range. Skimmer functioning. Running carbon. Even tried Clarity by Seachem. Been this way for a long time — just cannot clear it. Thoughts?

You are referring to a slight haziness I believe and may be suspended matter.
Is this tank at or near a window?
If you are adding NoPox, a sudden increase in the number of bacterial colonies generates and becomes suspended in the water column, it grows so quickly that it becomes more visible causing the water to become milky and hazy in appearance due to an increase in the nutrients in the water especially nitrates and phosphates.
Adding a small amount of tap water can also cause a slight haze to tank at times if you added any

Yes the haziness. I want crystal clear like I use to have. Not near a window. Don’t use NoPox (don’t know what that is). Since this haze has been around a bit, I am getting really frustrated.

Have cleaned glass in and out but still there. :(

It looks as a mature tank to me with sufficient amount of bio filtration. One think, though, your bioload seem to be on a higher side.
As other mentioned, activated carbon and UV would help. I would also increase flow and use mechanical filter to catch particles ( filter socks).

Is a filter sock being used? How many microns?
