Clove polyp, hydroid, or aptasia?

Are these baby aptasia, a brown clove polyp or a type of hydroid? They don't seem to bother the zoa's in my frag system. Came in on a frag.

I have a single clove polyp on a new zoa I got off a vendor on here. Best way to remove it so it doesn't come back
