Clove polyps?

Am i missing something, Ive had a lil frag of these in my tank about 6 months, and they never grow. They are tiny, and never really come out much. I thought they were easy? I have gsp and leathers that do good, but no luck with these.

They’re easy. Require moderate light and water flow and a little iron and potassium in the water
