Clowdy eye wrasse

My melenarus wrasse is in qt right now and has clowdy eye. I’m think bacterial so I wanna treat erythromycin but I have prazipro in the qt tank right now and not sure if mixing them is a good idea. I have a 10 gallon trash can (use it for water changes) that I could use as a temporary qt with an airstone. Should I take him out and treat there or mix the medications.

Can you post a picture?
Are both eyes involved or just one?
You can mix prazi and erythromycin, but you’ll need to monitor your ammonia closely.
