Clown fish acting crazy

I have a pair of clown fish and the male keep fluttering in a hole of a piece of live rock I have almost like he's trying to clean it out. I've never noticed him doing that before. Anybody have a explanation for why he might be doing that.

Did the female lay eggs in the hole? or he may be getting it ready for her to lay eggs. I remember my male grinding down a patch of xenia for the female to lay eggs.

No I don't see any eggs. I was thinking about buying a small clay pot to give her a cave to lay eggs in.

I would put a clay pot in there for a little bit just in case. It sounds like that they might be nesting.

Ok I will pick one up today. Now I just need to do some research on raising the baby's.
