My skunk clown recently died after an anemone died (new lights and a nieve owner). Now my clown fish is acting lethargic.

I dont think its from the anemone bc that was over a week ago. Ive done 2 water changes and everything seems back to normal.
Is it because the other clown died? The other one was a skunk clown so its not like they could have been a mated pair but ever since the clown just sits on the sand and barely moves. When before this clown never stopped moving, always swimming into the current of the powerhead.
No loss of color, no spots or signs of injury/illness.

Was this fish swimming directly into powerhead? Like within a couple inches of it? Or just about the tank swimming into the flow in general?

I bet it’s either Brooklynella or Uronema. There is no way a clown will sit on the bottom without being sick.

Wouldnt these show signs though? Grey or red spots? Ive stared at him for what seems like forever and havent seen anything out of the ordinary. Also not breathing rapidly or any abnormal behavior other than the sitting still

Clowns will often hang out within a small area most of the time - with or without a real "host", but they won't generally lie still on the bottom unless there's something wrong. I don't see anything obviously wrong with your little fellow in the photos, but you could check for flukes with a freshwater dip.
