Clown fish acting strange

I woke up this morning and turned my lights on and noticed my clownfish buried in this macroalgae. Are they sick?

Without background...looks like they're just hosting. As they are both together...

I wasn't really aware they sleep.

They look fine to me. If you don't notice any external abnormalities (velvety skin, white spot, etc), or labored breathing/excessively clamped fins, then they're probably not sick.
