Clown fish and blood shrimp

So, my clown fish keep swimming close to my blood shrimp (it looks like they want him to clean them) but he is having nothing to do with them and keeps foraging in the sand. Why is he not cleaning? Do I need to get a cleaner fish for them or will they be ok without a cleaner shrimp that actually cleans them?

Blood Red Shrimp are not true cleaners. I have heard they will from time to time, but nothing like Scarlet Skunk Cleaners. Note that they don't have the classic body long stripe that most "true" cleaners have.

So do I need to get one? or will the clowns be fine?

They will be fine without a cleaner.
