Clown fish and flow rate

New 10G reef tank, added two clown fish. They seem to be doing well (72 hours so far) but spend most of their time in a cave in one rock. They come out to feed but I am wondering if the flow rate is too high for them as they seem to be buffeted around a bit. Rate is set at around 100 G/hour. Is there an ideal rate or is it just they're new and trying to get used to a new environment

Many clowns do this.
Moderate light and water flow is all thats needed in many cases. You can experiment and reduce flow a little and see how they respond to lower flow

I have three in my evo 13.5 (0.5 inch I suspect) and they really hate flow.

I have a sicco 0.5 as the main return pump and they are fine with that; however, once the circ pump kicks on (5 minutes per hour from 9am-10pm) they struggle.

When I first started this cycle I thought that they were going to get sucked down the return.
